Noah moved about 1750 to Coventry.  He and his brother Solomon joined the expedition against Crown Point in 1755 and the were both kiled.   He wasthe GG of President U. S. Grant. He was descended from the pioneer, Matthew Grant and his wife Priscilla who came
to America in the ship Mary and John from Dorchester, Eng., in 1630.
