3. Elnathan MINOR

Elnathan was a thoroughly educated man.  He was both society and townclerk
for many years, and the records plainly show a man of talents andlearning.  He
held many important offices in the town of Stonington.

He was Deputy for Stonigton in Oct 1705.

Elnathan was commissioned Ensign of the 1st Stonington Company, Oct 1709,and
Lieut., May 1724.
